Ok, so I already looked up if it was possible to get on any of the HGTV shows, and it isn't. So, please offer any and all words of wisdom and advice. Well, it is, but apparently you have to already be buying a house to be featured on it. Weird.

Know how much you want to pay per month and go by that and sometimes you can do a lot of the repairs by yourself. thanks to home depot. I think we've visited that store over 200 times in less than a year. haha
